Midwest Wine Press’ First and Only Recipe

From Coyote Moon Vineyards in New York comes this delectable creation made with Brianna wine:  Tropical Bacon Covered Pineapple.

It’s made with a cup of Brianna.  (Coyote Moon does not say what to do with the other 513.44 mls of Brianna, but we suggest you drink it.)

1 Cup Brianna

1/2 Tsp. Honey

1 Tbsp. Sugar

Fresh Chunked Pineapple

6 Bacon Slices

Instructions:

Mix Brianna, honey, and sugar in a large bowl.

Slice bacon strips in half lengthwise, then cut into thirds.

Wrap pineapple chunks with bacon and secure with toothpicks.

Marinate the the Brianna mixture for at least 15 minutes.

Place on baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until bacon is crispy
