Distilled from Northern Michigan grapes, the new Chateau Chantal “Cinq a Sept” Brandy has been released at the winery only. The Brandy was aged five years in French Oak. According to Chateau Chantal, the name means “five to seven” in French which is a colloquialism for the times of day a Frenchman would visit his mistress, “perhaps with a gift of brandy in tow.” $39.99 for 75oml.
