Southern Illinois Art and Wine Festival
Despite intermittent rain throughout the weekend of September 24th, some wineries and artists attending the 12th Annual Southern Illinois Art and Wine Festival on the grounds of the Southern Illinois Art and Artisans Center at Rend Lake in Ina attracted enough business to make the weekend worthwhile. Yet, some found themselves coping with tents collapsed by rain by Sunday afternoon.

This was the 12th year for the festival hosted by the Illinois Grape Growers and Vintners Association, Franklin County Tourism Bureau, and The Illinois Artisans Shop & Visitors Center.
