Allow Direct Wine Shipping in South Dakota
Cornell Law School student and president of the Society of Wine and Jurisprudence, Bryon A. Crowe II, 25, of Rapid City, SD wrote a column in the Argus Leader that argues for wineries being able to ship directly to consumers.

We’d like to cover South Dakota more. There are excellent wines being produced there using grapes that are grown primarily in cold climate regions. The tasting room centered business model is also prevalent in South Dakota from what I understand. However, I would agree that SD is not technically the Midwest.
