Kinkead Ridge Winery for Sale

The owners of Internationally recognized Kinkead Ridge Estate Winery and Vineyard, Ripley, Ohio are retiring. Both properties are for sale and priced aggressively. The 5 acre vineyard is located on a 126 acre parcel east of Cincinnati, on a ridgetop with soil similar to St. Emilion. The 1500 case winery is located outside the town of Ripley. There is plenty of space to build a winery on the vineyard site. The house is a Gothic Revival built in 1880, with two barns.
Wines from Kinkead Ridge have been featured in the internationally published wine reference book Opus Vino, and 1000 Great Everyday Wines from the World’s Best Wineries.
