UW Madison Hosts Sparkling Wine Workshops

UW-Madison announces a three session workshop series covering the traditional method of sparkling wine production. The goal is to encourage sparkling wine production from cold climate varietals.
Interested in adding sparkling wine to your portfolio? Now is your chance. Dividing the workshop in into three sessions will provide timely instruction that can be used during the production process.
Classes can be accessed through webcasts and archived recordings. Live classes will also be held in Madison at the Pyle Center.
