Dean Volenberg, former extension agent with the University of Wisconsin in Door County, is now at the University of Missouri as a viticulture and winery operations specialist. According to a report from KFVS 12 in Columbia, Volenberg will continue his excellent Integrated Pest Management newsletter at MU. Also, in Wisconsin viticulture news, sources tell MWP that UW Vernon County Agriculture agent Tim Rehbein has retired. Rehbein was instrumental in promoting grape growing in Wisconsin and both he and Volenberg will be missed in Wisconsin.
