UK to Offer Undergrad Wine/Spirits Certification

The University of Kentucky is awaiting approval for an undergraduate certificate program that would include wine, brewing and distilling, according to the Lexington Herald Leader.  

“A horticulture professor with a doctorate in viticulture, Seth DeBolt would like to see UK grow into a role like the University of California-Davis plays with Napa Valley for providing educational as well as research resources.”
