Indiana Launches New Wine Websites

The Indiana Wine Grape Council (IWGC) launched a revamped Indiana Wines website this month, as well as two other newly redesigned websites.  According to Jeanette Merritt, the marketing director at the IWGC,  the new Indiana Wines website (www.indianawines.org) has been updated to reflect the new Indiana wine branding initiative.

“The new website is user-friendly and allows the reader to quickly find their favorite winery,” Merritt said.  “The site also has a map feature that allows users to find wineries closest to them.”

The Vintage Indiana and Traminette sites are new as well.  “Vintage Indiana was severely outdated,” Merritt reported.  “This new site showcases this great festival, now in its 15th year.  It is very easy to use and looks much better than the old site.”

The new Traminette site, which is still undergoing copy changes, is meant to educate people about Indiana’s Signature Wine Grape.
