Photos: 2014 Midwest Grape & Wine + Craft Brew Conference

An expanded Midwest Grape and Wine Conference was held from February 4th through 7th at the St. Charles Convention Center near St. Louis. According to Robert Merletti, the publisher of Vineyard and Winery Management, sponsors of the Conference, one of the reasons for adding craft beer to the agenda is to help foster a beverage culture in the Midwest that includes wine, beer and spirits.  “We know the same consumers who enjoy craft beer and artisan spirits are the most likely to explore local Midwest wine,” Merletti said.
