Sweet Wine Drinkers Are Not “Uneducated”

Doug Frost, the Kansas City based Master Somm and Master of Wine, is also one of our region’s best wine writers. In his latest column for the Kansas City Star, Frost talks about why sweet wines are now “hip” with the hip hop community.  Frost contends that we’re all wired differently when it comes to taste perceptions.
