Take Amtrak from Chicago to Illinois Winter Wine Festival

Thinking about attending the 2013 Illinois Grape Growers and Vintners Association Conference and Winter Wine Festival February 1st and 2nd in Springfield?
If you live in Chicago, Amtrak’s new “high speed” rail service will take you to and from Springfield in comfort.  There’s a Saturday afternoon train that arrives in Springfield in time for the Winter Wine Festival on Friday evening, February 1st.  Free transportation is available to and from the Springfield Amtrak station and the Crowne Plaza convention center.   Discounted accommodations are available for Friday night also.
