According to the St. Louis Post Dispatch, Chicago based restaurant/winery chain Cooper’s Hawk has signed a lease in Town and Country with an early 2014 opening date. Cooper’s Hawk will reportedly make wine in the new suburban St. Louis location, but like all Cooper’s Hawk wine, the grapes will come from outside the Midwest. See www.stltoday.com
