Positive Crop Report From Fenn Valley Mich

It’s refreshing to report some good freeze damage news from Michigan.   In their most recent newsletter,  Fenn Valley Vineyards said Merlot and Chambourcin vines were barely effected by April freezes.  See the “2012 Vintage” post in the right column at http://www.fennvalley.com/.  Also in today’s Wall Street Journal, there’s a front page article describing how Michigan is making the best of a bad situation with the lost ’12 cherry crop.   Here’s to the steadfast spirit of Michigan! http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052702304791704577420802349893464.html
